Work contents / remarks

■For foreigners living in Japan, you will be responsible for customer support and shipping processing services for Wi-Fi routers and SIM services. While gradually improving work knowledge, they are also responsible for telephone support.
■Make inquiries (email/chat) about products. Change of accommodation and address, check whether overseas models can be used in Japan, communication speed, return methods, etc. It handles 60 emails and 10 chats per day. We will proceed while cooperating with other employees and part-time workers.
■The order details from the customer are converted to Japanese and the shipping procedure is carried out. Describe the time of arrival of the product and the place of stay in Japan. We are also responsible for packaging and shipping products.
