Work contents / remarks

■Job description
My job is to clean guest rooms at business hotels.

≪Specific work flow≫
・Collect dirty sheets, towels, amenities that have been used up, etc., and refill new amenities
・Clean the water area around unit baths, toilets, etc.
・Replace with new, clean sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases to create a comfortable bed.
・Use a vacuum to clean up hair and debris that has fallen to the floor.

■Getting used to work and stepping up
・Immediately after joining the company, you will be asked to start by cleaning about 4 rooms.
・Your seniors will be attentive and instruct you, so let's learn the steps carefully one by one.
・As you get used to it, gradually increase the number of rooms you are in charge of.
・In the future, in addition to cleaning, I will also be in charge of mentoring and management work for team members
We hope that you will become a central member supporting hotel management.

■Salary (salary)
・Monthly salary starts at 210,000 yen.
