Employment Type: Full-Time Employee
Working Hours: Shift system between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day, including three shifts and night shifts.


【Pay Raises】
Unconditional regular pay raises for the first three years after joining
- Average monthly pay increase of ¥6,000 to ¥8,000 based on biannual evaluations
- Average monthly pay increase of ¥20,000 to ¥30,000 per rank promotion
