Store management with annual sales of approximately 200 million to 300 million yen (sales and profit management)
・Staff recruitment/education/labor management for 30 to 80 people
・Store improvement proposals and planning

[Salary]
・Monthly salary: 240,000 yen to 470,000 yen
・Estimated annual income: 4 million yen to 5.3 million yen (depending on experience and ability)
・Bonuses: Twice a year

Store manager performance: 5.44 million yen to 6.5 million yen

Japanese Level: N2 or higher
