▼Job Description (Please review before applying)
Position: Customer Service / Telemarketing
Primarily handle inquiries from guests using vacation rentals and lodging facilities.
You will be responsible for back-office operations supporting management, including adjusting reservation details and managing room assignments.

[Specific Responsibilities]
・Responding to inquiries from guests (e.g., access methods, facilities, check-in procedures)
　Follow up via phone for issues not resolved by automated voice systems
・Registering rooms according to reservation details
・Collaborating and reporting with store operations teams via internal chat (using WeChat, etc.)
・Inputting and updating data in internal systems

Communication occurs in various languages including Japanese, English, and Korean,
providing an environment where you can utilize your language skills.
