Cleaning Duties for Vacation Rental Properties
We prepare spaces for the next guest to enjoy with hotel-level quality.

Job Description:
- Guest room cleaning and bed making
- Cleaning wet areas (bathrooms and kitchens)
- Replenishing supplies and managing consumables
- Waste disposal (taking out trash)
- Completion reporting

Work Location & Travel: Within Tokyo's 23 wards and parts of Kanagawa Prefecture.
Travel is primarily by train and may involve moving between sites.
Direct commute from home to site and direct return home after work.
Cleaning supplies are often provided on-site, minimizing luggage during travel.

▼Compensation and Income Example
- Pure piecework system (contract-based work)
- Example rate: ¥3,500 per room (includes transportation expenses).
- Rates vary based on room size, level of dirtiness, and property type.

Income model: For completing three rooms per day: ¥10,500 (¥3,500 × 3 rooms)
Transportation expenses: ¥500 provided per site
- Consultation required for distant locations

▼Contract and Term
- Contract type: Contract-based work (not an employment contract).
Probationary period (training period): 30 days.
Training period compensation is paid as "training remuneration."

Work Structure:
- Work is primarily done "solo" (work at your own pace).
- During training or depending on the site, a "two-person team" may be required.

Please confirm the following before applying:

This work is not employment as a company "employee" (part-time or full-time), but rather a contract to undertake work as an independent "sole proprietor."
Therefore, please note the following points:

1. Residence Status (Visa): Only individuals holding one of the following visas can work:
Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, Spouse or Child of Japanese National, Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident, Student, Dependent, or Designated Activities (with work eligibility). Additional permits may be required in some cases.

2. Taxes and Insurance
Tax Filing: The company does not withhold taxes (source withholding), though some exceptions apply.
You must calculate your annual income, file a "final tax return" with the tax office, and pay income and resident taxes.

Social Insurance: You cannot enroll in the company's health insurance or pension plans.
You must enroll in and pay for "National Health Insurance" and "National Pension" yourself.

3. Insurance and benefits:
- No paid leave.
- No guaranteed minimum wage or overtime pay (compensation is based on results).
