【Job Description】
・Check-in and check-out support
・Guest service and meal service
・Reservation and inquiry handling (email / phone)
・Room and facility management
・Sales and promotion tasks (travel agencies, etc.)
・Overall ryokan operations
・Opportunities to explain cuisine and culture to guests

【Working Hours】
・Shift system between 6:00–23:00
・Examples: 6:00–15:00 / 9:00–18:00 / 14:00–23:00
・Monthly variable working hours system

【Salary & Benefits】
・Monthly salary: ¥200,000–¥250,000
