▼ Job description
Installation and maintenance of transport monorails
・We will “prepare” for construction in places where cars cannot enter, such as mountains and slopes.
・Rails (tracks) are carried, assembled and installed on mountain roads.
・Once the construction is over, disassemble the rails and put them away.
・Check the condition of the monorail to make sure it runs safely.

▼ Future career (what to expect)
・At first, you will start as an “auxiliary worker.”
・It's okay if you are inexperienced.
・Please help with the work as the “right hand man” of the leader (team leader).
・In the future, I want you to be a leader and teach technology to new people.

▼ Eligibility
・Japanese language ability: N3 level or higher (understanding on-site instructions and words that signal danger).
・Inexperienced OK. There are also many job changes from different industries.

▼ Salaries and allowances
Monthly income: 220,000 yen to 330,000 yen
Basic salary: 220,000 yen or more (determined by experience)
Bonus: Twice a year
Salary increase: once a year

▼ Working conditions
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:30 (60 minute break).
Overtime: There is almost no overtime (an average of about 5 hours per month).
Holidays: 123 annual holidays.
Closed on weekends and holidays (two-day work week).
※There is a possibility to work several times a year on Saturdays.
There are summer vacations, year-end and New Year holidays, and paid holidays.


▼ Full benefits
Housing allowance: maximum 39,000 yen (with regulations).
Family allowance: 3,000 yen for spouse, 1,000 yen for children.
Qualification allowance: Up to 60,000 yen.
On-site allowance: 500 yen per day.
