▼ The role of construction management (site supervision)
Give instructions to craftsmen at partner companies
The following “management” will be carried out.

・Create a construction schedule and check whether construction is progressing according to schedule.
・We will make sure that the craftsmen follow the rules at the site so that they do not get injured.
・Prepare reports and plans to be submitted to the government office.

・Start with “Assistance”
・It's okay if you are inexperienced.
・First, I'll start as an “assistant” to my senior construction manager.
・Learn from taking photos of the site and organizing documents.

▼ Eligibility
・N3 level or higher
・In order to communicate with craftsmen, conversation skills are important
・Regular car driver's license (AT only)
・We use cars to move between sites and carry documents

▼ Salaries and allowances
Monthly income: 220,000 yen to 330,000 yen
Basic salary: 220,000 yen or more (determined by experience)
Bonus: Twice a year
Salary increase: once a year ▼ working conditions
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:30 (60 minute break).
Overtime: Almost no (average of about 5 hours per month)
Holidays: 123 annual holidays.
Closed on weekends and holidays (two-day work week)
※There is a possibility to work several times a year on Saturdays
There are summer vacations, year-end and New Year holidays, and paid holidays

Housing allowance: maximum 39,000 yen (with regulations)
