I'm an expert in “geological surveys” that check the strength of the ground
It's an engineer's job to do both site management and report preparation

▼ Bowling site management
・Manage the site of a team that uses a “boring machine” to dig holes in the ground
・Check whether the excavation is being carried out according to plan and give instructions to the workers
・Look at the soil or rock taken from the ground and record the type and hardness
・We will protect the safety of the site so that accidents do not occur

▼Preparation of reports
Create a report by compiling the data examined at the site
Summarize results such as “this ground is strong” and “this place is easy to collapse”
※The ratio of on-site and office work is half.

Please get a qualification and work as a professional engineer in the future

▼ Eligibility
・ N3 level or higher
・Reading and writing skills are important because reports using technical terms are prepared
・Those who can perform basic operations in Excel and Word
・Regular car driver's license (AT only)
・Inexperienced OK

▼ Salaries and allowances
Monthly income: 220,000 yen to 330,000 yen
Basic salary: 220,000 yen or more (determined by experience)
Bonus: Twice a year
Salary increase: once a year
▼ Working conditions
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:30 (60 minute break).
Overtime: There is almost no overtime (an average of about 5 hours per month).
Holidays: 123 annual holidays.
Closed on weekends and holidays (two-day work week).
※There is a possibility to work several times a year on Saturdays.
There are summer vacations, year-end and New Year holidays, and paid holidays.


▼ Full benefits
Housing allowance: maximum 39,000 yen (with regulations).
Family allowance: 3,000 yen for spouse, 1,000 yen for children.
Qualification allowance: Up to 60,000 yen.
On-site allowance: 500 yen per day.
Driver's allowance: 2,500 yen (when driving).
