Work contents / remarks

We provide customers with various customer service services to improve the customer experience in stores. Those who like cars, those who are interested in car parts, and even those who like using SNS are welcome!

● Various customer service responses (dealing with customers visiting the store, handling product explanations and cash registers for our brands, various after-sales follow-up, and handling of various inquiries).

● Off party/event management assistance (planning and operation assistance for off parties hosted by the company, reception/progress assistance on the day of the event, photography of participating vehicles, announcement/customer attraction activities for off meetings)

● Operation of our own brand SNS (operation of various SNS, planning, creation, posting of content, communication with followers, planning and implementation of SNS campaigns)
