Work contents / remarks

★ Job description
To Vietnamese staff (international students and temporary workers)
Education and guidance: orientation for entering the company (safety and rules), lectures on work procedures
Management and follow-up: proficiency checks for newcomers, guidance on work quality and safety, office work (using a PC).
Field work: In order to provide guidance, they also mastered field work themselves and obtained trainer qualifications.
★ Training schedule
Until opening, you will receive training at an existing Amazon warehouse and learn operations and teaching methods.
~ End of January: Training at Amazon Amagasaki FC
February to late March: Training at Amazon Naruohama
Late March onwards: Start interpreting and mentoring Vietnamese staff at the new base
★ Employment conditions
Contract employee (1 year renewal)
We have a track record of promoting full-time employees (long-term career development is possible)
Required Skills: Vietnamese and Japanese interpretation skills, basic PC operation
