You will be responsible for construction management mainly for wooden apartment buildings, overseeing on-site operations.

Conventional construction method (traditional wooden post-and-beam construction)

Multi-family residential buildings (mainly 2–3 stories)

〈Key Responsibilities〉
You will manage construction sites with a focus on quality and safety for wooden apartment projects. Responsibilities also include related ordering tasks, preparation of documents, and creation of drawings as part of desk-based work.
You will work as part of a team with sales, design, and site management staff, handling projects from pre-construction meetings through to final handover.
