You will be responsible for troubleshooting system vendors and manufacturers, hotel reservation system inquiries, cable TV application support, and interpretation of three-party calls for administration-related inquiries. There are manuals and careful training, so even those with no call center experience can feel at ease.

Our office supports 6 languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese). Staff of various nationalities work, and the workplace has a global yet cozy atmosphere. Global companies and those interested in Japan-China business are also welcome.
