・Guest room cleaning and bed makeup
・Cleaning around water
・Replenish equipment and manage consumables
・Waste disposal (garbage removal)

▼ Work Location/Travel
・Within the 23 wards of Tokyo, part of Kanagawa Prefecture.
・Train movement is basic (there is movement to another site)
・It is possible to go directly from home to the site and return home after work.
・Cleaning tools are often on site, and there is little luggage when moving

▼ Examples of rewards and income
・It is a complete piecework system (outsourcing contract)
・Example unit price: 3,500 yen per room (including transportation expenses)

When 3 rooms are completed per day: 10,500 yen
(3,500 yen x 3 rooms)
Transportation expenses: 500 yen per site

▼ Agreement/Term

・Trial period (training period): 30 days

It is an agreement to undertake work as an independent “sole proprietor” rather than an “employee (part-time job/full-time employee)”
Therefore, you should pay attention to the following points

1. Status of residence (visa)

2. Taxes and insurance

3. Insurance, benefits, etc.
