[Job description] ※Depends on where you are assigned
■Experimental measurement/evaluation business and certification business mainly for automobiles
・Vehicle experiments (general vehicle evaluation by running on test courses or driving outside the company)
Overall evaluation (feeling evaluation), layout (maintainability/interference evaluation), evaluation of ride comfort, power and fuel efficiency, maneuvering stability, braking performance, sound/vibration, etc.
・Certification tests Various certification tests for exhaust gas, braking (brakes), noise, etc.
・Experimental technology work related to vehicle tests
Evaluation criteria review, data analysis, technology proposals, etc.
・Engine tests (various evaluations using engine mounts and chassis dynamo equipment)
Durability, exhaust gas, fuel efficiency, vibration, stress, noise, certification tests
・Drivetrain experiments (various evaluations of stress, vibration, noise, etc. during bench equipment and vehicle operation)
Durability evaluation of transmissions, differential gears, shafts, etc.
・Unit bench experiments (various evaluations during vehicle operation, vibration equipment, anechoic chambers, etc.)
Evaluation of vibration, stress, noise, etc. of vehicle parts, radio interference evaluation
