[Job Description]
Broadly speaking, there are two types of work.
■Support for foreign workers (Kyushu area) We support foreign staff working in companies and host companies.
・Interpretation and translation (Indonesian, English, etc.)
・Life and work guidance and consultation
・Support for visa applications and procedures at government offices

■Office work using a PC is carried out at the office/check office relating to bank accounts.
・Identity verification for opening an online account (PC work)
・Check for fraudulent accounts (monitoring)
・Sending documents and responding to inquiries
・Telephone support (business support in Japanese)

▼ Eligibility
■Language Skills (required)
・Those who speak Indonesian or English at a daily conversation level or higher
・Japanese: Business level (equivalent to N2 to N3, those who can handle phone calls and emails)
■PC Skills
・Those who can perform basic operations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (text input, table creation, etc.)
■Business Manners
・Those who can write general business emails and answer phone calls

▼ Employment Type
Contract employee (indefinite employment)
There is no “fixed period”. You can work all the time just like a regular employee.
Trial period: 6 months (conditions remain the same)
▼ Salary Monthly salary: 220,000 yen
・Transportation expenses: paid according to regulations
▼ Working hours 9:00-17:30

Sales/Support Area: All over Kyushu (there is a possibility of business trips, etc.)
