◎ Be close to the “trouble” of your trip
We respond to inquiries from customers using unmanned lodging facilities, such as how to check in and check out and confirm reservation details.
It is a role to support accommodations for Japanese and foreign visitors to Japan using phone calls, emails, chat, and video calls with the screen on.

◎ Response work where you can make use of your current skills
It's OK if you can input characters on a PC or operate Excel/business email.
The details of support include confirmation of amenities and consultation about accommodation.
In addition to responding to inquiries, we also provide support for reservation management, lodging fee collection, and cleaning instructions and office work to welcome the next guest.

◎ Everyone starts together so it's safe
This is a job at a multilingual center that supports Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
Because of the opening staff, everyone started at the same time.
There are no quotas, and customers can be handled calmly one by one.

11:50 to 17:00 (10 minute break)/13:50 to 23:00 (70 minute break)

◎ Please work at least 5 times a month on weekends and holidays
◎ Requests for a day off can be submitted up to 2 days a month!
◎ Almost no overtime! Within 1 hour per month (payroll calculation in 1-minute increments)
