It is a job to cut metal materials by operating a computer “NC machine tool (lathe/mill/composite lathe)”.

The main work flow is as follows
・Preparation before processing: Check the drawing and correctly set the tools and materials for sharpening into the machine.
・Numerical value setting: Enter the correct value into the computer and set the machine to run accurately (programming adjustment).
・Implementation of processing: The machine is driven and the metal is scraped.
・Product inspection: The finished product is measured with a measuring instrument and checked that it is the size as per the drawing and that there are no scratches.
