Work contents / remarks

Visit hospitals and support establishments for the elderly and people with disabilities, and listen to needs for facility occupancy. After confirming the age, gender, current status, etc. of those who wish to move in, we search for facilities that meet the conditions (centering on our own facilities, including other companies' facilities as needed) and adjust the tour schedule with users and families. We are consistently in charge of everything from accompanying the site to contract support, and even after moving in, we carefully handle after-sales follow-up, such as recent status reports to the person in charge.
