＜If you work the night shift＞Meal assistance, watching/oral care, excretion, and entry/wake-up assistance/patrol every 2 hours/regular contact and reports/meal preparation, etc.

We provide necessary support, assistance, and services for elderly people with dementia while living together. The purpose is to relieve symptoms of dementia and slow progression through shared living with a small number of people in units. It is attractive that nursing care aimed at mental stability and independence support can be carefully performed for a small number of people in a cozy environment.
