■ Business description (details)

At the Rakuten mobile corner in the electronics retailer (Yamada Denki)
My job is to guide customers visiting the store about smartphones and communication services.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.



▶ Customer service/information

We will speak out to customers who have come to the store,
We will guide you about smartphones and rate plans.
• “I want to lower the price”
• “I'm thinking about changing the model”
We will listen to customer requests, etc., and propose the most suitable plan.



▶ Explanation of products and services

I will explain the features, rate plans, and campaign details of Rakuten Mobile in an easy-to-understand manner.

▶ Support for contract procedures
