Work Location
Head office (3F, 3-13,Yotsuya Saneicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo)

Work hours
Weekdays 09:00-17:45 (60-minute break), 38.75 hours per week is the standard.
Flexible working hours are possible with a variable working hour system on a monthly basis.
*Overtime work (overtime) may be required depending on the day. (30min to 1 hour per day)
*All employees may be required to work on weekends and holidays, depending on customer request. (about several times a year)

Salary
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up (with salary increase)
*This will be determined in consideration of experience, ability, etc.
*Includes fixed overtime allowance, 45 hours per month.

Bonus: Twice a year

Work contents / remarks

Prepare for clients who use our housekeeping and babysitting service, and respond to them during and after the service.

Responds to customer calls and e-mails.
Selecting staff for the housekeeping and babysitting service.
Accompany the service staff to visit the client's home.
Contracts and other administrative procedures
We have been providing our services in the central Tokyo area, mainly in Minato-ku and Shibuya-ku.
We are one of the oldest housekeeping services in Japan, celebrating our 20th anniversary in 2024.

We are committed to deepening our understanding of our customers' needs through continuous use of our services, and providing services based on a relationship of trust. The majority of our customers are regular, long-term users.
・Half of our clients are from Japan, and half are from over 40 countries around the world living in Japan.
・Most of our work is done in high-end apartments.
Services are provided by members from overseas living in Japan along with Japanese staff.
