[Basic Information]
◇Business description: Interpretation and customer support services at multilingual call centers
・Interpreting conversations between Japanese and foreigners
・Interpreters for native staff working in overseas call centers
・Email translation, etc.
・Support support in Japanese
* Our main work is interpretation, email translation, etc. relating to inquiries to transportation facilities, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. using telephones and video equipment.

◇Japanese Level: Business Level (N2 certification or similar)

◇Multilingual Level: See “Job Description/Remarks” below

◇Others: Those who can perform general PC input operations using Excel, Word, email, etc.

◇Conditions: Hourly rate 1,450 yen (varies slightly depending on language skills) with salary increase and full payment of transportation expenses

[Schedule]
Interview with the person in charge of our company (including confirmation of residence card) → create a skill sheet and recommend it to the client → visit the company (language check) → start employment
If things go smoothly, you can start working in about 1 week.

・Full day (shift system, 5 days a week including weekends)
・ 8:30 to 17:30/9:00 to 18:00/10:00 to 19:00/12:00 to 21:00

◇Indonesian+English※English required
・Full day (shift system, 5 days a week including weekends)
・ 8:30 to 17:30/9:00 to 18:00/10:00 to 19:00/12:00 to 21:00

◇ Vietnamese + (English)
・Full day (shift system, 5 days a week including weekends)
・ 8:30 to 17:30/9:00 to 18:00/13:00 to 22:00

◇Chinese+Korean (even if you can't speak Korean)
・Full day (shift system, 5 days a week including weekends)
・ 8:30 to 17:30/10:00 to 19:00/12:00 to 21:00
※1 year or more has passed, and depending on the situation, we may ask you to shift between 21:00 and 8:30 the next day (late-night surcharge is available)

◇Tagalog+English ※English required
・Full day (shift system, 5 days a week including weekends)
