Work contents / remarks

Work duties:
- Meet guest needs and meet higher expectations
- Welcome guest arrivals and assign guest rooms
- Respond to questions and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotels, availability, rates, and amenities
- Work with housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs
- Respond to guest emails and inquiries, and respond to nighttime safety
-Work so that the front desk can operate smoothly while cooperating with Daytime staff

*This position is at night front desk, so a 25% late-night allowance will be paid from 22:00 to 5:00 on top of the basic salary.
***There is a possibility that an emergency may occur late. There is also cooperation with telephone support and security system personnel, and priority is given to hiring those who are confident in their Japanese ability and can respond appropriately.
