◇Business description: Interpretation and customer support services at multilingual call centers
・Interpreting conversations between Japanese and foreigners
・Interpreters for native staff working in overseas call centers
・Email translation, etc.
・Support support in Japanese
* Our main work is interpretation, email translation, etc. relating to inquiries to transportation facilities, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. using telephones and video equipment.

◇Japanese Level: Business Level (N2 certification or similar)

◇English Level: Business Level

◇Others: Those who can perform general PC input operations using Excel, Word, email, etc.

◇Conditions: Hourly rate 1,450 yen (varies slightly depending on language skills) with salary increase and full payment of transportation expenses

[Schedule]
Interview with the person in charge of our company (including confirmation of residence card) → create a skill sheet and recommend it to the client → visit the company (language check) → start employment
If things go smoothly, you can start working in about 1 week.

[About language skills and working hours (shifts)]

◇English
・Shift system from 8:30 to 21:00 all day (5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays)
・ 8:30 to 17:30/9:00 to 18:00/10:00 to 19:00/12:00 to 21:00

[About training]
There is extensive training.
The initial stage is mainly training, and we will gradually increase customer support.
You will spend 1 year standing on your own while repeating OJT.
