[Job Description]
・This is a job where I am in charge of reception and guidance work as a concierge at a luxury apartment.
・We will guide residents and visitors about the location and usage of the facilities in the building. Careful and easy-to-understand explanations are important.
・We accept the use of shared facilities (lounges, guest rooms, etc.) and manage reservations.
・We perform tasks that support the daily lives of residents, such as cleaning and arranging courier services.
・As head office staff, I am also in charge of working on behalf of vacant properties, practical training for new staff, and setting up new contract properties.
