・My job is to make authentic cheeses such as burrata and mozzarella by hand at a cheese factory in Sudou Farm in Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture.
・Fresh milk delivered from the farm is made into cheese through processes such as heating, fermentation, and molding.
・We make products to be offered to restaurants, famous hotels, retail stores, etc.
・In order to maintain the quality of cheese, hygiene management and temperature control are carried out carefully. Since it is a job dealing with food, it is important to maintain a clean environment.
・We are also responsible for cleaning and cleaning manufacturing equipment. It is one of the important jobs in order to smoothly proceed with the next manufacturing process.
