Support inquiries from various companies and organizations using Chinese and Japanese! I work at a multilingual call center.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting system vendors and manufacturers, hotel reservation system inquiries, cable TV application support, and interpretation of three-party calls for administration-related inquiries. There are manuals and careful training, so even those with no call center experience can feel at ease.

Our office supports 6 languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese). Staff of various nationalities work, and the workplace has a global yet cozy atmosphere. Global companies and those interested in Japan-China business are also welcome.

Part-time jobs/contract employees

Full day 3 to 5 days a week
You can choose a fixed or combination of working hours!
9:00-14:00 (no intermission)/9:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00 (60 minutes each break)

◎ There is a short break of 15 minutes at any time (paid)
◎ Basically no overtime! Occurs only when phone support is prolonged

[About training]
The start date will be adjusted according to your wishes!
The training will be about 5 hours on the first day only, and the rest will be conducted according to the shift

[About salary]
◎ The basic hourly wage is 1350 yen
◎ Bilingual salary +50 yen per hour (plus 20 yen for trilingual)
◎ There is a year-end and New Year's holiday allowance
◎ The hourly rate is the same during training
◎ Transportation expenses paid (monthly upper limit 26,000 yen, commuting distance 2 km or more)
