[Work-life balance]
■Heavy equipment maintenance is almost always carried out by visiting a construction site, and maintenance is not possible in a completely dark place, and nighttime work is also prohibited due to noise issues or safety reasons.
■Naturally, there are fewer cases where people work overtime other than work by bringing machines to the factory.
■If you have time, you can eat specialty foods from that area, etc., which is also a nice job perk.

At our maintenance site, we welcome not only those who make use of their experience in automobile maintenance and play an active role as an immediate force, but also those who start with no experience at all. After joining the company, in addition to being able to participate in training sponsored by the manufacturer, senior employees provide careful one-on-one OJT guidance at the site, so it's a warm corporate culture where you can steadily acquire skills by asking more and more questions about things you don't understand. Also, since they go to the customer's site to do the work, being able to eat specialty gourmet food etc. from that area in between trips or when you have a little free time is a nice bonus unique to this active job. It is a workplace with a high future where you can eventually aim to become an executive according to each person's motivation, abilities, and career plans.
We will welcome you with a monthly salary of 300,000 yen or more and an estimated annual income of 4 million yen to 5.5 million yen. In addition to bonuses twice a year, various allowances such as housing allowances, family allowances, and qualification allowances are paid, and company housing/dormitories and qualification acquisition support systems are also fully equipped, so there are plenty of benefits to support life. As a daily way of working, nighttime work is prohibited due to the fact that heavy equipment cannot be maintained in completely dark places and due to considerations of noise issues, and there is little overtime, and it is a system where work can be completed efficiently almost on time.
