We are in charge of dealing with problems with system vendors and manufacturers, inquiries about hotel reservation systems, cable TV application support, and interpretation of three-party calls for administration-related inquiries. Even if you don't have call center experience, don't worry, we have manuals and careful training.

Our office supports 6 languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese). Staff of various nationalities work, and the workplace has a global yet cozy atmosphere.

Work contents / remarks

Part-time jobs/contract employees

Full day 2 or 3 days a week
You can choose a fixed or combination of working hours!

12:00 to 21:00 (60 minute break)
[Short time]
17:00-21:00/18:00-21:00/18:00-22:00 (no breaks)

◎ There is a 10-minute short break at any time of day (paid)
◎ Shift submission: submitted on the 15th of every month
◎ Basically no overtime/late-night allowance available after 22:00

[About training]
The start date will be adjusted according to your wishes!
The training is about 5 hours on the first day, and the rest are conducted according to the shift

[About salary]
◎ The basic hourly wage is 1350 yen
◎ Bilingual hourly wage +50 yen
◎ The hourly rate is the same during training
◎ Transportation expenses paid (monthly upper limit 26,000 yen, commuting distance 2 km or more)
◎ There is a year-end and New Year allowance (amount undecided)
