Work contents / remarks

As a member of the Global Support team, you will be responsible for support and administrative work for sales representatives.
This is a position where you are mainly responsible for foreign customers.
You will also be involved in sales operations, including searching for rooms for foreign customers, and Japanese interpretation services.

Also, as a member of the Global Support team, you will be involved in recruitment activities for new members.

[Main business content]
□ Adjust the move-in date
□ Preparation and guidance of contract payment invoices
□ Handling occupancy screening and contract procedures
□ Customer service and room preview support for foreign guests
□ Support for finding a room
□ Room measurement/photography
□ Visits to management companies, receipt of keys, etc.
