At Yamato Co., Ltd., it is a job where you are responsible for the management/training of foreign staff and the work called the “caretaker” of construction sites.

・Accumulation/estimation operations: Calculate material costs and labor costs for construction and prepare estimates.
· Progress/Quality Control: Check the progress of the site and respond quickly if there are any issues.
・Safety/hygiene management: We maintain an environment where staff can work with peace of mind, such as heatstroke countermeasures, health management, and vehicle verification checks.
・Technical guidance: We will communicate the latest construction technology to staff and improve the quality of the entire site.
