[Job Description]
・This is the job of a nursing staff who supports the residents' daily lives in general. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, and an environment is in place to protect the safety and security of residents.
・Meal Assistance: We provide individual support for those who have difficulty eating, as well as serving and preparing meals.
・Bathing Assistance: Supports the body so that you can bathe safely and supports keeping it clean.
・Excretion Assistance: We will guide you to the toilet, change diapers, etc., while taking privacy into consideration.
・Vital check: We measure and record body temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, and cooperate with a nurse when it is abnormal.
・Recreation: We plan and carry out fun activities such as exercises, games, and seasonal events.

◆ Qualification allowances are substantial, and your qualifications are directly linked to your salary
・A monthly qualification allowance of 5,000 yen to 25,000 yen will be paid depending on the qualifications of first-time employee training, practitioner training, care workers, etc.

◆ There are plenty of night shift allowances, service credits, and various allowances
・Night shift allowance is paid 6,000 yen per time
・A help allowance of 1,000 yen is paid for support work at another office (4 hours or more)
・An additional 2,000 yen/month of service will be added after 3 years or more of service. There are salary increases once a year (April), and bonuses twice a year.

・Those who have any of the following qualifications
└ First-time employee training (helper level 2)
└ Practitioner Training (Helper Level 1)
└ A person who is qualified as a care worker
└ Nursing experience (approx. 3 years or more)

▼Salary
・Monthly salary: 207,800 yen and up
└ Basic salary 170,000 yen+care allowance 10,000 yen+regional allowance 20,000 yen+business type allowance 2,800 yen
└ Qualification allowance: 5,000 yen to 25,000 yen
└ Night shift allowance: 6,000 yen/time; help allowance: 1,000 yen/work
└ Additional service: 2,000 yen/month (3 years or more)
・Salary increase: Once a year/ Bonus: Twice a year (maximum 250,000 yen)
・There is a prepaid retirement allowance system (1 year or more of service)

・8-9 days a month/111 days off per year/paid (10 days granted six months after joining the company)
