▼ Flow after joining the company
・First, I will be in charge of counter work. We will start with tasks that support driving school management, such as admission procedures, reception support, and telephone support.
・After an apprenticeship period, you will proceed to preliminary education (approximately 1 month). You will learn the driving skills and knowledge necessary as an instructor.
・I will take an association course (about 1 month) in Saitama Prefecture. You will learn the expertise necessary as an instructor, such as laws and training methods.
・After passing the qualification exam, you will officially debut as an instructor after going through in-house post-training.

・Monthly salary: 190,200 yen and up (before qualification)
