Work contents / remarks

■ Bonuses 4 times a year (4, 7, 10, 12 months) → are reflected according to company performance and individual results.
■Job Allowance: Chief (20,000 yen/month), Top Chief (40,000 yen/month), Leader (60,000 yen/month)
■Work allowance: 50,000 yen/month* Eligible for payment if you meet the conditions of “meeting working hours and being able to generally perform the work you are responsible for in accordance with internal rules”
■Depending on ability, an annual income of 6 million yen or more is possible.
