Entry requirements
-Those who have a degree in accounting, 1 to 3 years of practical experience in corporate accounting, and practical bookkeeping skills
-Those who have a native Japanese level or equivalent ability
-Those who have business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, conversation)
-Those who have a visa to work in Japan or who are eligible to obtain one

Work contents / remarks

Main business content

Transaction management: You will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Includes accurate and timely records of invoices, payments, and collections.
Bank reconciliation: We conduct monthly reviews and keep financial records up to date and accurate at all times.
Journal management: We create and process journal entries, respond to necessary corrections, and manage unpaid expenses and unearned revenue.
Inventory audits: We conduct regular inventory inspections to ensure accurate evaluation and management.
Records management: Organize and store financial data digitally, maintain quick access when needed, and comply with compliance.
Departmental support: We provide financial support and advice to other departments and contribute to smooth cooperation between departments.
