■Business content
We participate in the “venture manager system” of major hotels and are responsible for the operation and management of the entire hotel as the hotel manager and deputy manager.
You can experience a wide range of practices necessary for hotel management, such as front desk work, in-house management, and staff management.
After arriving at the office after a training period, a group of 2 people is entrusted with 1 hotel building, and it is a rewarding position.
It is characterized by career paths aiming to become independent or open businesses in restaurants, lodging facilities, etc. by utilizing the skills cultivated through hotel management in the future.
