Work contents / remarks

[Overview of cleaning and other work]
・Cleaning will be carried out between 10:00 and 16:00 during check out time.
・Since cleaning days depend on reservation status, they are not regular ones such as specific days of the week, but shift systems.
・The salary will be paid in the form of 00 yen per room. The unit price for cleaning varies depending on the size of the room. When converted to an hourly wage, it starts at 1,500 yen.
・This is an image of cleaning the home more carefully on a daily basis. Manuals, etc. have not been created from the viewpoint of wanting detailed cleaning to be carried out according to the characteristics of the property, but at the time of initial cleaning, staff with experience so far will start cleaning together and tell you the points etc.

・Guest room cleaning (especially careful water area)
・Exchange of linens (sheets, etc.)
・Washing and drying towels
・Bed making
・Sorting and disposal of garbage (disposal in built-in collection boxes)
・Replenishment of consumables (actual expenses will be paid separately)
・Installation of equipment, etc. as needed
・Replenishment of consumables for guests staying for a long time, etc.
