Global MOM to MOM is an international family community built on a simple mission:
"Let's connect with the world as families!"
We bring together Japanese and international families living in Japan and create opportunities for meaningful friendships across cultures.

🌍 About Our Community
Scale: Over 700 families from more than 60 countries across Japan.
Activities: Picnics, park meetups, seasonal celebrations, cultural exchange events, and family gatherings.
Goal: We help children build friendships that cross borders and cultures.

📍 Current Openings
We are currently looking for Community Leaders to organize and host family-friendly international events in the following areas:
Tokyo (and surrounding areas)
Nagoya areas

🌟 What You'll Do
Do you ever find yourself thinking, "Wouldn't it be fun if families could get together and do this?"
As a Community Leader, you'll help turn those ideas into reality by creating opportunities for Japanese and international families to meet, connect, and build lasting friendships.

Examples of events include:
✅ Park Meetups
✅ Family Picnics
✅ Seasonal Celebrations
✅ Arts & Crafts Activities
✅ Lunch Gatherings
✅ Sports & Outdoor Activities
✅ Hobby-Based Gatherings for Kids ...and much more!

💡 No event-planning experience is required.
You'll receive support from GMTM staff and existing community members, so this is a great opportunity even if you've never hosted an event before.

📋 Qualifications
Moms with children are especially encouraged to apply
Your child(ren) are welcome to participate in events
Native-level English communication skills
Conversational Japanese ability
Interest in international exchange and multicultural communities
Valid visa/work authorization to work in Japan

⏰ Work Schedule (Event Hosting)
Frequency: 1–8 events per month
Duration: Approximately 2~3 hours per event
Days: Primarily weekends
Flexibility: You can choose dates that work for your schedule

💰 Compensation
Starting from: ¥1,650 / hour
Typical event compensation: ¥3,300–¥13,300 per event
Note: Compensation varies depending on event size and responsibilities.
