We are looking for “overseas customer advisors” to support overseas customers so that they can purchase real estate in Japan with peace of mind.

We will be in charge of customers who have made inquiries from overseas and will be asked to propose Japanese properties while listening to their wishes.

What we are looking for is not a “sales business that sells,” but a partner that is trusted by our customers.

・Experience of doing business with customers in over 15 countries

・Over 1,300 real estate utilization and remodeling records

・You can work with customers from all over the world using English, Chinese, and other languages

■ Eligibility

・Those who can communicate at a business level in English or Chinese

・Those who are interested in real estate, overseas sales, and international business

・Italian, Spanish, French, German, etc. are welcome

・Working adults, side jobs, and freelancers are welcome

■ Working conditions

Work location: Fully remote (there are business trips to 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures if necessary)

Work: Around 3 days a week (negotiable)

Working hours: about 2 to 3 hours

Reward: 1,300 yen per hour+performance reward

100,000 yen to 300,000 yen or more per contract

・Responding to online inquiries with overseas customers

・Customer hearings

・Proposal of the most suitable property for the customer

・Explanation and consultation on real estate purchases in Japan

・Preparation of proposal materials

・Cooperation with staff

・Building long-term relationships with an eye on even after purchase
