■About the store
You will be in charge of cooking in the kitchen of the teppanyaki restaurant “Mantetsu (Bantetsu)” on the 46th floor of Caretta Shiodome.
They offer Japanese black beef and foie gras steak, and teppanyaki lobster.

■The work you are responsible for
1. Preparation
・Preparation of food
・Management work to maintain freshness and quality
