[Job Description]
It is the job of the person responsible for organizing the entire production as a “manufacturing control tower” for our own brands and OEM/ODM products.
We cooperate with domestic and overseas factories and logistics companies to lead production while protecting quality, delivery dates, and costs.

▼ Main jobs
Development and management of production plants
Develop and select factories suitable for products at home and abroad (mainly in the Asian region such as China and Vietnam)
We check and adjust production lines and production capacity.

Production management/direction
Control the progress from sample to mass production.
Adjust the balance of quality, delivery, and cost, and manage orders and schedules.

Support for product planning and development
We cooperate with internal and external directors and designers to select and propose materials, negotiate prices and delivery dates, and plan production schedules.

▼Salary
・Monthly salary: 350,000 yen to 480,000 yen (negotiable depending on experience and skills)
・Salary increase: Once a year/ Bonus: Twice a year (based on performance and evaluation)
