I work at a restaurant in the Miki service area of the Sanyo Expressway (outbound line) in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
・Learn general cooking/preparation, management of food for prep/purchase/ordering operations, cooking methods, and hygiene management from the basics.
・We are also involved in cooperation with local farmers and fishermen and menu development.
We offer menus that bring out the characteristics of that region and facility.
