“Global MOM to MOM” is “Let's connect to the world with our family!” It's an international family community based on a simple mission.

We are connecting Japanese families and foreign families living in Japan and creating opportunities to develop meaningful friendships across cultures.
Currently, more than 700 households from over 60 countries all over Japan participate in our community.
We support children to build friendships across borders and cultures through picnics, park gatherings, seasonal celebrations, cultural exchange events, and family gatherings.

We are currently looking for community leaders to plan and host international events for families in the Osaka (and surrounding areas), Nagoya, and Kanto areas.

Work contents / remarks

🌟 Job description
Have you ever thought, “It would be fun if the whole family got together and did something like this”?
As a community leader, you will be asked to make such ideas a reality by creating opportunities for Japanese and foreign families to meet, connect, and build lasting friendships.
Examples of events include the following
✅ Exchange meeting at the park
✅ Family Picnic
✅ Seasonal Celebrations
✅ Craft/craft activities
✅ Lunch meeting
✅ Sports and outdoor activities
✅ Hobby gatherings for kids and much more! No experience in event planning is required.
Support is also available from GMTM staff and existing community members, so it's a great opportunity even for those who have never hosted an event before.
