・We are looking for people who want to have their own ramen shop in Japan in the future
・You can learn all about store management, such as ordering/management, human resource development, marketing, and money management. You can aim for independence within 5 years.

◆ You can start with no experience
・You don't need to have any experience with ramen shops or eating and drinking.
・Start by saying “greetings with a smile.” I will learn the most important thing in customer service one by one.

◆ There is a dormitory. Rent is 60,000 yen (including utilities)
・You can use an 8-square-meter 1R (studio) dormitory for 60,000 yen including utilities.
・You can also discuss room sharing with friends (utility costs not included). It is safe even for those coming from far away.

◆ There is a makanai subsidy, and food costs go up quite a bit
・You can eat freshly prepared food cheaply. Ramen starts at 200 yen per cup.
・You can save a lot on daily food expenses.

◆ Many stable foreigners are active as full-time employees

[Job Description]
As a store staff member at the renewed “Chuka Soba Baraya” ramen shop, we provide food and services that satisfy customers.

▼ Hall (customer service) jobs
・We greet customers with a smile and guide them to their seats.
・The order is from a ticket vending machine, so you will receive a meal ticket.
・The finished ramen will be served to the customer.
・Lower the dishes you have finished eating and clean the counter and inside of the store.

▼ Kitchen (cooking) jobs
・Once an order is placed, we will quickly and accurately prepare one cup.
・Boil noodles, serve ramen, etc.
・ Place the toppings and make it ready to be served.
・We will prepare (preparation before opening) and clean the kitchen.
※There is no need to cook soup from scratch.

▼ Once you get used to it
・Little by little, you will learn how to order ingredients, manage inventory, train new staff, and manage store sales and money.
・Experience all aspects of store management and prepare for future independence.

▼ Working hours
Shift system between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM (midnight)
