[Inexperienced OK] This is a cargo ship crew job where you work while touring ports all over Japan by boat.
We will take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the hull. It's safe to work with employees who already have a license

[Eligibility Information (Important)]
Those who have permanent residency, which is an identity-based status of residence, are eligible.
This is because the “seafarer's handbook” required to board a ship cannot be obtained with a qualification that has a period of stay.
You will need to obtain a “seafarer's handbook” after joining the company.

▼GOOD POINTS
・If allowances are included, it will be about “300,000 yen per month” (during the boarding period = 300,000 yen per month/during the disembarkation period = 250,000 yen per month)
・ [Private rooms available] The ship has one room per person. Toilets, showers, and kitchens are also fully equipped.
・ [Can tour all over Japan] Since it is a cargo ship within Japan, it can go to ports all over the country.
・ [Food Support] You will be paid 50,000 yen to 60,000 yen per month as a food allowance while on board.
・ [Full payment of transportation expenses] The company is responsible for all travel expenses for getting on and off.
・ [Complete social insurance] You will be enrolled in social insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.

〈About work and holidays〉
Work aboard a ship for 3 months → then take a break all at once for 1 month
*This is a unique work cycle that is different from a typical “2 day off week.”
Since you are on board, you live and work on a ship, so there is no daily commute.
※You will be working within 8 hours a day.
