・Takahashi Foods Co., Ltd. is a natto manufacturer in Fushimi, Kyoto.
・My job is to make the traditional fermented food “natto,” which Japan is proud of. They are involved in making popular products that are often seen in supermarkets.

◆ You can start with no experience
・It is OK if you have no experience in food manufacturing. We will carefully guide you through each task.
・You can start with simple tasks and learn little by little while receiving support from senior staff.

◆ OK from 3 days a week, 4 hours a day
・We work between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM, and we can consult 4 to 5 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week.
・Please let us know your preferences for the number of days and days of the week. You can work at a reasonable pace.

◆ It's not a difficult task
・The focus is on moving containers, setting up sauce and mustard machines, and preparing before packaging.
・Since we handle food, politeness and hygiene are important, but the job description is not difficult at all.

[Job Description]
・ It is the job of a natto manufacturing staff who make “Tsuruko Natto.” It is a factory line (flow work) and is responsible for part of the manufacturing process.
・ Natto is made by accepting the raw soybeans, soaking them in water, steaming them, putting bacteria on them, and packing them in a pack.
・Specifically, we are responsible for moving containers, setting up sauce and mustard machines, and preparing them before packaging.
・Wear a mask while working. It's a standing job.
・At first, I will learn about senior staff little by little, starting with simple tasks.
