Interpreter/Labor Management/Human Resources Coordinator for Foreign Temporary Staff | Monthly Salary 250,000 to 300,000 yen

We will take care of the interpretation, labor management, and human resources coordinator work for foreign temporary staff.

Many foreign staff, mainly Brazilians and Filipinos, are active in our company. We communicate with staff using Portuguese and English, and contact and make adjustments in Japanese with the person in charge of the dispatched company.

The main tasks include handling recruitment and applications for temporary staff, interviews, recruitment procedures, explanation of work details and working conditions, follow-up after joining the company, attendance management, contract renewal, labor consultation, and support for improving the work environment. In addition, they will contact and coordinate with the dispatched company, provide interpretation between staff and the dispatched destination, and handle employment consultations to support retention in the workplace.

It is an important position to connect foreign staff and companies by utilizing English and Portuguese skills. You can be involved in a wide range of topics, from recruiting and hiring staff to follow-up after employment, labor management, and long-term retention. You will receive support from both work and communication aspects so that staff can correctly understand the job description and workplace rules and work for a long time with peace of mind.

Entry requirements

・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher
・Those who can communicate in English
・Those who can communicate in Portuguese
・Those who have an ordinary car driver's license
・Those who have basic PC skills (typing in Word or Excel, sending e-mails, etc.)
