This is a multilingual call center job that uses Chinese and Japanese to support inquiries from various companies and organizations.

We will respond to customers according to manuals, talk scripts, and FAQs.
We handle at most 2 to 3 phone calls per hour.
In my spare time, I also check emails and create data in parallel.
There are no quotas.

In addition to Japanese, this counter supports more than 6 languages, such as English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
The common language within the center is Japanese.
You can make use of your Chinese and Japanese language skills. Since it is open all day, it is possible to request a shift including Saturdays and Sundays.

[About employment types]
Part-time jobs/contract employees

[About shifts]
Full day, 3 to 5 days a week

9:00-18:00 (60 minute break)
Fixed shifts/basically no overtime

◎ Basically no overtime! Occurs only when phone support is prolonged

[About training]
The start date is adjusted according to your preferences/The training will be conducted from 9:00 to 18:00 for about 1 week
On the first day, it is carried out for about 5 hours between daytime and evening according to your wish/ Salary is the same during training/ There is training when you join the company (allowance is 3000 yen)

[About salary]
